Use:

• Regularly check the condition of the roofing to detect any possible damage, such as cracks, displacement, or corrosion.
• Remove snow and ice from the roof to prevent excessive load on the structure and reduce the risk of roof collapse.
• Avoid walking on the roof, especially in difficult weather conditions, to prevent slips and falls.
• Use only cleaning products recommended by the manufacturer to avoid damaging the surface and exposure to harmful substances.

Maintenance:

• Regularly clean gutters and drainage systems to prevent water accumulation and roof damage.
• If any issues with the roofing are noticed, contact a professional immediately to carry out repairs.

Weather conditions:

• During strong winds or storms, there is a risk of damage to the roofing; therefore, roof elements should be secured against detachment.
• Extreme temperatures may cause expansion and contraction of materials, which may lead to cracks and other damage.

Additional hazards:

• Be cautious of insect and bird nests under the roof, as they may cause damage and pose a health risk.
